Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport.
Front desk is open 24/7.
For guests celebrating an anniversary or wedding, a bottle of champagne or wine is provided.
Smoking is prohibited in the flat. A specially designated place is located in the entrance to the half-floor above.
If necessary, an additional set of bed linen is provided, the service is paid.
Children under 7 years old stay free of charge, there is a cot on wheels for the youngest.
Check-in is remote. All check-in instructions are given after providing the first page of the passport of all guests via WhatsApp and making payment for accommodation and a deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no heavy pollution, traces of smoking and no damage to property.
