• International flight must be provided to the resort at least 7 days prior to arrival to secure flight seats. Failure to do this may result in the seat being not able to guarantee.
• Seaplane transfer will take approximately 40 minutes flight from Male airport to our island. Domestic Transfer will take an approximately a 35-minute flight to Ifuru Domestic Airport followed by a 15-minute speed boat journey to the resort.
• Seaplane transfers only operate during daylight hours, 06:00 AM – 03:30 PM hours. The latest international flight arrival at Male Airport for a guaranteed seaplane transfer is 15:30 hours. For international arrivals after 03:30 PM hours Male time, Domestic Transfers are recomended.
• The earliest guaranteed international departure is 09:00 AM hours.
• Luggage check-in allowance is 20 Kg per + 5 Kg hand-carry bag. Excess luggage is charged at USD 5.00 per Kg.
• Exact flight timings and schedules are set by the local airport authorities and are subject to change without prior notice. JOALI Maldives is not responsible for any delays or cancelations of domestic and seaplane transfers.
• Shared Seaplanes or Domestic transfers may have multiple stops before reaching our resort.

Children 5 years and below stay free of charge as per maximum occupancy per villa. They eat free from infant and Junior Gourmet menus when dining in restaurants.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making the payment at the hotel. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
Please note that for the privacy and safety reasons of our guests, drones are strictly not permitted to be flown at JOALI.

Mandatory gala dinner:
• Christmas dinner on December 24th is USD 650.00 per adult aged 12 years and over and USD 325.00 per child aged 6 to 11 years. Dinner is free for children under 5 years of age.
• New Year's Eve Dinner on December 31st is USD 1370.00 per adult 12 years of age and older and USD 685.00 per child 6 to 11 years of age. Dinner is free for children under 5 years of age.
Floatplane transfer per child: USD 675.00, from 2 to 11 years old.
Additional fee for children from 13 years old to 17 years old: USD 710.00 per person, per stay.
The listed additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 13-17.
