The ongoing room renovations, which began on 1st June 2024, are expected to take approximately 19 months to complete. The renovation will be staggered and clustered into floors, ensuring that there is inventory available for bookings; however, this will be limited.
Guests may experience some noise disturbance during renovation hours from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With buffer floors placed between rooms being renovated and those occupied by guests.
A phased renovation project began on 20th August 2025, with completion expected by the end of 21st December 2025. These enhancements include upgrades to the Main Lobby, Tea & Dates lounge, Views Restaurant, public restrooms, and, at a later stage, the main arrival porch.
To ensure guest comfort during this period:
The reception will be temporarily relocated to the left wing of the Main Lobby.
Views Restaurant (the all-day dining venue) will continue to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Hajar Ballroom.
Tea & Dates will be temporarily closed.
Renovation work will be carried out between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
The cost of a festive dinner on New Year's Eve on December 31 for an adult: 259.00 USD, for a child from 12 to 16 years old: 131.00 USD, for children under 12 years old for free.
The hotel has a strict re-booking policy, and in case of overbooking, the hotel may charge an additional fee. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Starting July 14, 2025, the operating hours for the following recreational facilities are as follows:
LM Family Club including Splash Pool: from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM;
Crazy Golf: 24 hours;
Tennis Court: 24 hours;
Squash Court: 24 hours;
Table Tennis: 24 hours;
Billiards: 24 hours.
The phased renovation project will commence on 20 August 2025 and will be completed by the end of November 2025.
These improvements include the renovation of the Main Lobby, Tea & Dates Lounge, Views Restaurant, public restrooms and, later, the Main Arrivals Porch.
