The hot water supply is scheduled to be cut off from 12.08.2024 from 00:00 AM to 00:00 AM on 17.08.2024. The hotel has rooms with and without boilers. In case a guest does not have a boiler in his room, the hotel will organize "showers" on the floors.
When booking superior rooms (Deluxe, Suite, Presidential Suite and Apartments), guests are provided with a free transfer: Airport-Hotel-Airport, Railway Station - Hotel - Railway Station.
Upon arrival before check-in time (2:00 PM local time), the booking fee will be charged as follows:
- upon arrival from 00:00 AM to 8:00 AM, a booking fee will be charged in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay;
- upon arrival from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a booking fee will be charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a day's stay;
Late check-out will be charged in the following amount:
- from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM - hourly pay (at least 6 hours in advance);
- from 6:00 PM to 00:00 AM - payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of a day's stay.
Airport shuttle fee: RUB 300.00 per vehicle (one way).
Airport shuttle fee per child: RUB 250.00 (one-way), (up to 18 years old).
