- 3 Bedroom: Credit card pre-authorization of AU$300 or cash deposit of AU$600.
- Penthouse: Credit card charge of AU$1000 or cash deposit of AU$1500 (please note that Sub-Penthouse/Penthouse bond will be charged to your credit card in full).
